I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Shrutija over the last couple of years. She joined Brighton People's Theatre during her time living in the city and quickly became an invaluable member of the company. Not only does she have excellent performance skills and instincts, she is also a generous team player, supporting others in the company, including me, to reflect on their practice. At the Sports for Transformation Fellowship, we believe strong documentation and communication are essential for creating impact. Recently, Shrutija Saxena from KaV Kulture conducted an engaging and insightful Report Writing Workshop for our Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 fellows. Her practical approach helped fellows strengthen their writing skills, sharpen their ability to communicate stories from the field, and present their work with clarity and professionalism from structuring to styling of the Report.
